About us
Kaplan has been supporting learners for over 80 years.
As global education specialists working with thousands of students and professionals worldwide, we understand the role that mental fitness and resilience play in sustained learning, performance and wellbeing.
Founded by global mindfulness trainer Kate Mishcon and developed in collaboration with Kaplan’s learning design experts, this award-winning programme draws on evidence-informed mindfulness, emotional regulation and self-compassion practices. It is designed to build practical, learnable skills that support resilience across academic and professional contexts.

This programme is a carefully-curated journey, grounded in Kaplan’s Mindfulness-Informed Resilience Framework and shaped by decades of experience in education and organisational leadership. It brings together some of the most effective practices for reducing stress and building emotional resilience in one simple, carefully-sequenced pathway, designed to help participants recognise pressure earlier, respond more skilfully to challenge and build resilience over time.
Designed for use within universities and organisations, the approach is rigorous, accessible and scalable, supporting individuals to learn, work and thrive in demanding environments.
At its core, this programme is about helping people meet pressure with clarity, steadiness and intention — building resilience not just for today’s challenges, but for the long term, and contributing more effectively to the communities and organisations they are part of.
