Welcome to the Resilience in Practice Programme
We’re so glad you’re here!
Before you start, watch the short welcome message from the creator of this programme, Kate Mishcon.
Across six modules (each taking 60-90 mins), you’ll explore practical ways to build resilience and bring more balance into your life.
As you work through the content at your own pace, you’ll have opportunities to reflect on your experiences and practice your new skills. Our goal is to help you build habits that support your wellbeing long after the programme ends.
In this programme, you will learn about:
- mindfulness and the building of resilience
- the connection between attention and stress
- how to respond skilfully
- how to deepen your mindfulness practice

- the power of self-compassion and self-esteem
On completion of this programme, you will be able to:
- explain how mindfulness supports the building of resilience in daily life.
- recognise the link between attention, distraction and stress.
- practice responding more skilfully to challenges.
- explore ways to cultivate positive emotions to support stronger connections with others.
- apply principles of self-compassion to strengthen self-esteem and communicate with others.
